Step 1
Submit your RSVP Form:

1. Enter your contact information and whose table you'd like to be seated.
2. You may enter additional attendees ($55 per person) in the comment area. 
3. Click the SUBMIT RSVP button before preceding to PayPal payment.

Step 2
Submit your Payment using PayPal:

1. After you submit your RSVP form, click on the PayPal Buy Now button.
2. Enter the quantity of Fashion Show Luncheon attendees included in this RSVP. 
3. Continue to checkout.

Payment must accompany RSVP Form
